Cars, trains, buses, food and drink

Cars
There is extremely limited parking at the church, and reserved in advance for disabled members and for those unloading goods and equipment only.
A message has been received from the administrator of St Nicholas Church, Church hall reminding us that:
'.... the two parking spaces nearest the steps are for the sole use of the rector of the church. We should only park our cars in one of the marked bays and all offloading should be done there. The car park entrance must be kept clear at all times. Normally we cannot have more than two cars parked in the bays at one time, other cars must be parked elsewhere. On the day of our AGM we have been allocated four spaces but must not use the rectors two spaces'.

Street parking is also very limited but Gibson Road multi storey car park is directly opposite the hall, the entrance is behind the Holiday Inn Hotel. There are also large multi-storey car parks in Throwley Way and St Nicholas Way, both within a few minutes walk of the venue.

Trains
Sutton station is about five minutes walk from the hall and is served by trains from Victoria, Kings Cross, London Bridge, Wimbledon and Dorking.

Buses
For details of bus services see the Sutton map (opens in new Window).

Food and drink
For meals and snacks there are pubs, cafes and restaurants in and around Sutton High Street. Also sandwich bars to buy something for lunchtime which you can eat back at the hall, in the Rumpus room, or bring your own food.
