2.30 Break with hot drink
3.00 Personal correspondence 1500 – 1700 Ruth Selman
4.00 End of day, which allows people 1 hour for bookshop and café

We have asked for the document display to be open from the beginning of the AGM so that any non-members can view the exhibits while we manage our Society’s business. After the AGM, members will be able to look at the display, which will be later removed to protect the documents, probably by the end of the lunch break.

We hope you are as excited about our forthcoming AGM and study day as we are. As a reminder, use of the car park is free because you will be attending an event at TNA. We will explain how to exit the car park on the day!

There will be other differences from previous study days as we are not the hosts. This means that we will not be able to nip into the kitchen to make some extra cuppas or into the chair store to find some extra chairs. For this reason, we need to have a good idea of numbers attending beforehand so we can order drinks and provide enough seating.

Non-Members

We ask that you book a ticket for the day by clicking on the link here to complete a short questionnaire that will enable us to provide safe beverages for you, and to prepare your name badge. This will be your ticket. Payment of £8.00 may be made on the day in cash or by card. Please note that the form does not forward forms linked to Virgin or personalised email addresses.
