Open for all to view Members and non-members can view the sections below. The Society is unable to undertake family research other than those services offered to members. Some archives and local studies libraries will undertake research for a fee, see the Contacts page.

Directory of Members' Interests This service is exclusive to current members who are able to let other members know their surname interests and hopefully find fellow members with similar interests. Whilst this is for members only everyone is welcome to view the DMI.

Searches in the Society's Research Collection If you have any questions about the search service then send an email to the Search co-ordinator by going to the contacts page and ticking the search01 box. We are only able to deal with searches on the days that our Research Centre is open. This does mean that the service will not be as quick as we would like and it could be over a week before a response can be made. Please bear this in mind if you have an urgent enquiry and that members' enquiries will be dealt with first, in date order, to ensure a fair service.
