Members can update the details held by the society by using the form available from this section.
How to produce and send your update using the
.doc file or pdf file.DOC FILE
Opening
When you click on the link you will open a Word document on which you can enter your current interests.
Your computer may give you the option to save or open the file, choose whichever option you prefer.
Using
There are full instructions on the document about what you can enter and how it should be shown.
To enter your data use the tab key to move from one field to the next and enter your data in each field.
When you have entered your data save the file with whatever name you want.
Sending
Attach the file to an e-mail addressed to
membersinterests01 at eastsurreyfhs.org.uk
If you want to send your form by post then print it and send it to the address shown on the form.
