Ralph Dunn or Dunne

I am looking for information on Ralph Dunn or Dunne born ca 1806 in Ireland. The 1841 & 1851 censuses had his birthplace as ‘not in Surrey’ & Lambeth; I am sure that the 1861 birthplace of Ireland is correct.

Ralph journeyed from Ireland to London sometime between 1807 & 1840.

Certificate info:
1840: married, on 15 August in St Mary’s Church, Newington, Elizabeth Clegg born Huddersfield, Yorkshire ca 1820 d/o John Clegg shopkeeper.
Ralph was a groom & they lived at 6 Friar Street, Lambeth at the time of their marriage. Ralph’s father John was deceased.

Census info:
1841: Union Street, Southwark aged 30 working as a bacon drier
1851: Paradise Street, Lambeth aged 44 working as a journeyman bacon drier
1861: 9 Saunders Street, Lambeth aged 56 working as a provision dealer

Ralph & Elizabeth had these children:
Elizabeth born 1842, Frances born 1845, [possibly a James Ralph born 1846], John born 1848, Sarah born 1850, Alice born 1854, Ralph James born 1857 died 1857. Sarah was my g grandmother.

Ralph died between 1861 when he was on the census and 1868 when Elizabeth his widow married James Nottingham. I can find no record of his death in any online database.

I would be very grateful for pointers about how I can research Ralph further – journey from Ireland to London, work places, date & place of death etc.
