Crutchley family of Southwark
The meeting will open at 11.45 am so please arrive early to check your connection.
This important archive forms part of the Memories of the World Register and is the record of the Crutchley family of Southwark, who were dyers in Southwark, having connections with Clink Street and Great Maze Pond. The records, currently with a conservator, contain dye recipes, lists of ingredients, fabric and colour samples and many names and 'marks'. This is one of those talks that definitely should not be missed.
