The Jewish Genealogical Society of Great Britain (JGSGB) is dedicated to promoting Jewish family history and genealogy. We encourage research and the preservation of Jewish genealogy records. We have an extensive library, with specialist databases and expert advice available. We are open to everyone interested in Jewish genealogy.JGSGB has unique expertise in Jewish genealogy and family history, both in the UK and internationally. We are the only Jewish Genealogical Society in the country. We are skilled in researching Jewish places of origin, e.g. Poland, Russia, Latvia, Lithuania, and Germany.
